ABOUT US
The 'First Congregational Church of Chattaroy' opened its doors for service on December 7th, 1903. Since then, the church has had numerous seasons of challenge and growth, all the while striving for adherence to the scriptures and working to conform more and more to the image of Christ.

STATEMENT OF FAITH
There is one God, who is infinitely perfect, existing eternally in three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ is true God and true man.

The Holy Spirit is a divine Person, sent to indwell, guide, teach and empower the believer.

The Old and New Testaments, inerrant as originally given, were verbally inspired by God and are a complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men.

Man was originally created in the image and likeness of God.
Salvation has been provided through Jesus Christ for all who repent and believe in Him
It is the will of God that each believer should be controlled by the Holy Spirit and be sanctified wholly, being separated from a sinful lifestyle and fully dedicated to the will of God.
The church is engaged in a spiritual warfare with the powers of Satan as the enemy of Jesus Christ, the saints and the angels.
The church consists of all those who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.
There shall be a future physical resurrection of all individuals.

The second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ will be personal and visible.
